How do I invite my team?
From the web dashboard go to Team Management and click Add Employee. They will receive an email invitation.
How does geofencing work?
When staff clock in or out the app checks their GPS location against the site's configured geofence radius. You set the geofence radius per site in the web dashboard.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. National Insurance numbers use AES-256-GCM encryption. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I export payroll data?
Yes. Create a pay run for the period and export a CSV in a format compatible with most payroll processors, including Sage and Xero. The figures are estimates for your payroll provider to check: Shyftr doesn't work out PAYE, National Insurance or pensions.
What happens if an employee forgets to clock out?
Managers can remotely clock out staff from the web dashboard. The system also flags shifts with missing clock-outs for review.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The Shyftr app for staff is coming to Google Play first, with the App Store to follow. We'll add the download links to this page as soon as they're live.
