How do I invite my team?
From the web dashboard go to Team Management and click Add Employee. They will receive an email invitation.
How does geofencing work?
When staff clock in or out the app checks their GPS location against the site's configured geofence radius. You set the geofence radius per site in the web dashboard.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. National Insurance numbers use AES-256-GCM encryption. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I export payroll data?
Yes. Once shifts are approved you can generate a pay run and export a CSV compatible with most payroll processors including Sage and Xero.
What happens if an employee forgets to clock out?
Managers can remotely clock out staff from the web dashboard. The system also flags shifts with missing clock-outs for review.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The Shyftr mobile app is available for iOS and Android. Search for Shyftr in the App Store or Google Play.
